Last Saturday 8th June 2013, GIF News was hinted of a highlife bash at Romainville. We hurried up there and to our surprise, there were two Ghanaians in France who have teamed up with three French nationals to revive our luscious Ghanaian Highlife Music which is gradually fading out.
In our quest to keep you our most valued visitors of GIF News always alive, we recorded for your consumption some few tunes of the group on the phone. Plans are far ahead to promote the group called CITY HIGHLIFE BAND, based at Romainville in the suburb of Paris to introduce and entertain the Ghanaian, and all other Communities here in France. They have a lot of music in their repertoire to offer us. To remind us of what type of rich music Ghana is in the process of discarding due to Ragga, Rap, Reggae, RMG etc.
